I am a Bristol based food enthusiast with a passion for just about anything that’s edible. But if I had to choose, my forte would be the following: slow cooking, one-pot cooking, Italian, American, Mexican, burritos, barbecue and occasional samples from the orient sandwiched somewhere in-between.
